Guam - April is Amnesty month for the Guam Public Library System. If you return borrowed library materials in good condition all fines will be waived and you will be able to check out materials again.

If you are returning borrowed library materials in damaged condition or confirm that it is lost, fines owed will be waived and you will be charged for the price of the materials plus a $2 handling fee or you can bring in a brand new material for replacement.

However if you have borrowed materials that have been returned prior to April and still have existing fines, the library will not be able to waive those fines unless payment is made.

Fines and fees paid are used for purchasing new materials for the libraries.
