Guam - Senator Ben Pangelinan was one of the lawmakers who was invited by Governor Eddie Calvo to attend today's tour to Fena, but he declined to go. According to the Democrat senator, "I don't need a tour of Fena to know we aren't going to pay $300 million for it!"

Pangelinan added that the governor has stressed a "One Guam" unified approach yet the invitation was only extended to 5 Democrats and excluded all Republicans.
