by Mindy Aguon
Guam - The Guam Waterworks Authority and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency are closer to reaching an agreement on the remaining projects in the stipulated order. CCU chairperson Simon Sanchez says the parties will meet with Magistrate Judge Joaquin Manibusan again tomorrow in the hopes to develop a final product to submit to the court.
The parties were ordered to work together to develop timelines for the projects that are required for GWA to come into compliance with the Clean Water Drinking Act.
