$50M lawsuit filed against Tarza water park

Guam - A Japanese couple is suing Tarza Magical Adventure Zone. The lawsuit was filed by the Oshimo Family, who was on Guam during the summer of 2010. According to court documents, Chiaki Oshimo was seriously injured after she was stuck in the water park's Master Blaster ride.
The victim suffers from quadriplegia and continues to endure pain and anxiety from the incident.
The family is seeking $50,000,000 in damages.
