Guam - The Guam Election Commission Board will be meeting this afternoon to continue discussion on the hiring of a new Executive Director. According to GEC staff nine people applied for the job left vacant by the sudden resignation of John Blas.

Board members are also scheduled to discuss filling the independent member position. The GEC board meeting is scheduled for 5 o'clock this afternoon.
