Bill on riding in pickups has hearing

Guam - A public hearing will be held today on Bill 60, which prohibits people from riding in the back of pickup trucks. The legislation was introduced by freshman senator Mana Silva Taijeron (R).

The hearing is scheduled for 2:30 this afternoon in the Legislature's Public Hearing Room.
