Guam - Hoping to provide Congress with a list of needs on Guam and the Calvo Administration's priorities for the military buildup, staff from the Department of the Interior's Office of Insular Affairs will be on Guam this week.  Staffers will be prepared a report that will detail the infrastructure improvements needed to support and sustain the military buildup.

The OIA staffers will meet with the Consolidated Commission on Utilities, Calvo cabinet members, GovGuam agencies and lawmakers.  Assistant Secretary Tony Babauta says the report was included in the Fiscal Year 2011 National Defense Authorization Act.
