Guam - Guam Delegate Madeleine Bordallo will be delivering her fifth congressional address since she was first elected as the island's congresswoman in 2002.  According to the congresswoman her address will touch on the issue involving the fight over Fena as well as many other long standing issues she says she plans to work hard to resolve

"I just have a lot on my plate and working on a lot of these issues and its very difficult in congress we have 441 members in the House of Representatives and to try to convince over 400 people is difficult, but so far we've been quite fortunate and we have a lot of friends in Congress and I think I'm persistent. I keep working at it if I don't get in this term I'll look at it for the next term," he said.

Bordallo will be delivering her congressional address this Thursday at 10 from the legislature. KUAM will broadcast the address live on KUAM-TV8 at that time as well as stream it live on KUAM.com so tell your friends and family living off-island.
