It is highly unlikely that the radiation fallout will endanger residents and no radiation has been detected on passengers or cargo entering Guam.
Governor Eddie Calvo had asked whether fresh produce and tuna from Japan are affected. According to the Food and Drug Administration, products already in the community are safe and that those items should not be of a concern.
