Guam - The Department of Corrections owes nearly a quarter of a million dollars in overtime, night differential and hazardous pay to its officers for Fiscal Year 2011. DepCor Spokesperson Lt. Antone Aguon says the money owed is for pay periods in the months of November, December, February and March.

While Aguon says they were able to pay more than $400,000 in overtime for this fiscal year so far, he says they are still working with the Bureau of Budget Management and Research to identify funds to pay what's owed. Aguon says that also includes the $1.5 million in overtime and benefits still owed for 14 pay periods for Fiscal Year 2010.
