Man arrested for sexually abusing minor

Guam - 51-year-old Bryan Eugene Marlin was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old minor multiple times. Court documents state marlin would play the game, "truth or dare" with the minor before he allegedly engaged in numerous sexual acts with her.

He was booked and confined on five counts of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, five counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, and three counts of attempted 1st degree criminal sexual conduct all as first degree felonies.
