Guam - Passengers who were stranded in Guam Friday night have since departed. All flights by operators servicing Japan have resumed, except to Sendai. About 2,000 passengers were stranded at the Guam International Airport on Friday after flights were delayed and cancelled.

The Guam Hotel and Restaurant Association over the weekend had ensured the hotels were able to accommodate the passengers with the help of tour companies, the Guam Visitors Bureau and the airport.
