What is GPD’s policy for citizen complaints?

By KUAM NewsGuam - The Committee on Public Safety, chaired by Senator Adolpho Palacios, will host a roundtable discussion on issues surrounding the Guam Police Department. GPD will present its policy for handling citizen's complaints on police service and conduct.
In addition, officials are expected to provide information as to where complaints can be filed along with feedback on the status of complaints after the department investigates them.
The hearing will take place on Friday beginning at 6:30pm at the Legislature's Public Hearing Room in Hagatna.
