Guam - Reacting to the Legislature's Weekly Address, Lieutenant Governor Ray Tenorio's chief of staff Dong Choe says they are getting a handle on the concerns raised at the Department of Youth Affairs' facility.

He said, "We're are working with them and the different agencies to try to push through the funding and try to make the echo unit back up so they can have more space and they won't have an overcrowding problem, we're also working with DYA to find out the staffing situation because they are short staff and we want to find the funding so we can hire more staff for them so we can alleviate the over work and under staff, we've also been with the other public safety agencies so they can bring in some personnel from DOC and GPD come and assist in watching the clients at DYA."
