Guam - While repairs and renovations to the Rays of Hope Home in Tamuning were supposed to be completed months ago, the Department of Mental Health has finally turned over the keys today. The Rays of Hope Therapeutic Day Treatment Facility is now in compliance with all safety checks include ADA, fire and public works occupancy and court mandates.

The facility was closed last June because of safety concerns. Since then, the children were moved to at least two temporary facilities. Mental Health Director Wilfred Aflague had assured the community that it would stay a day treatment facility with an education component.
