Guam Women's Conference held

Guam - The 5th Annual Guam Women Veterans Conference was held today, with the theme being "Her Story is Our Strength". According to Guam Veteran Center's Cathy Illarmo, the conference embraced and recognized women from all branches of service.

She told KUAM News, "As women that they are equal in the service they provide our country, their island and their families, women that I think go undergo a lot of different stressers that men do now."

March has been declared Women's History Month.
