He was nominated to serve on the Guam Economic Development Authority board and told lawmakers with the impending military buildup. He wants to see local businesses prosper not just off-island companies that in his opinion seems to be capturing a majority of the contracts so far.
"It is my goal to help its economic boom in Guam as much as possible and concentrate on proving the opportunities for our local businesses and companies," he said.
