Guam - The Rays of Hope Home may have received a fresh coat of paint, but the facility hasn't reopened just yet. Mental Health Director Wilfred Aflague says the keys will be turned over to Latte Treatment and the Department of Education's Special Education Division on Monday.  Officials will then coordinate the movement of the children who will receive instruction in the home.

The kids were moved out of the home last year but renovations didn't begin until this year. Aflague says he will appear before court referee Linda Ingles for a status hearing on Friday morning to detail the completion of the renovations at the home.
