Medical Society meeting about island health
Guam - The Guam Medical Society is meeting this evening to discuss the state of Guam's hospital and healthcare and where the island needs to go from here. The GMS has invited Acting Governor Ray Tenorio along with Joseph Cameron, the chair of the Calvo-Tenorio Transition Committee on GMH and Healthcare.
Also set to attend include Rey Vega, the newly-appointed GMH administrator, Dr. Larry Lizama who is the new medical director, Siva Karuppan who is the chief financial officer along with the chairman on the Legislative Committee on Health Senator Dennis Rodriguez.
The meeting is being held at the VIP Restaurant in Tumon.
