Man in court for rape charges

Guam - 29-year-old Christopher Leon Guerrero was in court today. He faces rape charges after he allegedly began to have sex with a 7-year-old minor ten years ago. Leon Guerrero entered a not guilty plea and waived his rights to a speedy trial.

His criminal trial setting is set for March 23 at 9:30am. After the story broke he was also accused of making inappropriate gestures to a couple students at Untalan Middle School, where he was a basketball coach.
