By KUAM NewsGuam - A quick heads-up for southern residents, as the Guam Waterworks Authority announces a water outage for tomorrow for the village of Malojoloj. Water will be out Thursday from 9 at night to 5am Friday, GWA crews will be helping a contractor install a six-inch valve.
