Man arrested for illegal fishing in Tumon
Conservation officers arrested two men for allegedly illegally fishing in the Tumon Bay Marine Preserve.
Guam - Conservation officers arrested two men for allegedly illegally fishing in the Tumon Bay Marine Preserve. The Department of Agriculture's Division of Aquatic & Wildlife Resources Law Enforcement Section reports that Hancy Sona, 59, and Reckson Siplif, 30, were charged with special regulations for activities they conducted in the area.
Officers seized two face masks, two spears, a pair of flashlights and about 93 assorted reef fish. The men were booked and released and will appear in court at a later date.
