Citibank warns of phishing scam

Citibank Guam is reporting a phishing scam that several residents claim they received from the institution via e-mail.

Guam - Citibank Guam is reporting a phishing scam that several residents claim they received from the institution via e-mail. Citibank customers got e-mail messages requesting to validate personal information and passwords to access their online banking service.

The bank states that they never requests information by messages of this nature, and they are urging residents do not act on such e-mails.

Anyone who gets this e-mail is urged to delete it immediately and contact Citibank at 477–2484.
