Man admits to incest with minor girl

Guam - 43-year-old Felip Mafnas has been brought up on charges of criminal sexual conducts. The victim came forward, saying she was forced to have sex with him multiple times when she was just a minor. The alleged crimes started taking place five years ago.

Mafnas was jailed facing charges of criminal sexual conduct and six counts of incest.
