Guam - Kenrick Gajo was supposed to find out today when his case will go to trial, but instead his attorney asked for more time to prepare. Gajo was indicted by a Superior Court grand jury last year on drug charges.
He originally entered into a plea deal agreeing to cooperate with authorities and disclose his drug sources and cohorts, as well as information he claimed he had about an unsolved homicide in exchange for not spending any time in jail. That's now evidently off the table.
Judge Michael Bordallo continued the case until March 9.
