Guam - The Guam Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees will meet this evening to give final approval on the $12 million loan with the Bank of Guam. Governor Eddie Calvo signed the documents last week.  Although GMH actually needs double that amount, such was the only amount the bank was willing to lend the hospital.

GMH will use the loan proceeds to pay off vendors.

Tonight's meeting gets underway at 7.
