Agencies could be subject to annual review

Guam - If Bill 69 becomes law, the heads and deputy directors of the various Government of Guam agencies will have to undergo an annual performance review. The evaluation must be submitted to the Guam Legislature and posted on the governor's web site within a week after completion.
