Guam - While the Guam Legislature's calendar is clear for Thursday, it's back to work Friday for more hearings. The Committee on Economic Development chaired by Senator Dennis Rodriguez, Jr. will hold a confirmation hearing on several of the governor's appointees to the Guam Economic Development Authority board.

Appearing before senators at 8:30 in the morning are Arlene Bordallo, David John and George Chiu.

Several bills will also go up for a public hearing including a measure that removes the U.S. citizenship requirement for the governor's appointee to the Guam Education Board and another bill dealing with cafeteria and restaurant services at the Guam Memorial Hospital.
