Pre-trial hearing for Blue House Lounge owner

Guam - Song Ja Cha will be in federal court tomorrow for a pre-trial hearing. Cha along with three others were arrested in 2008 for allegedly bringing young Chuukese women to Guam and forcing them to work as hostesses and prostitutes at their Upper Tumon bar, the Blue House Lounge.
Cha faces charges of conspiracy, sex trafficking, and foreign transportation for prostitution. The pretrial hearing is scheduled for tomorrow at 9:30am in the District Court.
