$1.2M shaved in GovGuam personnel costs

The Calvo Administration has announced they have shaved off nearly $1.2 million in government personnel costs - nearly a half-million of that from Governor Eddie Calvo opting not to appoint a fourth of the line agency cabinet positions that were available.
