Pangelinan satisfied with DPW response

Guam - Senator Ben Pangelinan says he's satisfied with a response issued by the Department of Public Works when it comes to ensuring construction projects include bike lanes and pedestrian walkways. Proposed bike lanes along Route 4 were taken out of the project.

Pangelinan say will continue to work with DPW to monitor the progress, telling KUAM News, "They've told us, 'Here's the list of projects, here's the contracts awarded, we have built into the contract the design -these walkways and these pedestrian walkways at the construction projects.' So we're going to monitor the progress of that and make sure that they do put it in place."
