Committee holding edu-board hearings

Guam - The Education Committee has scheduled a confirmation hearing for the governor's nominees to the Guam Education Board.  The hearing will be held next Tuesday at 4pm for Dr. Anita Enriquez, Barry Mead, Paul Pineda and Francis Santos.

Concerns had been raised that the board members needed to be confirmed so the board would have quorum to pass the department of education's Fiscal Year 2012 budget.
