Guam - The Attorney General's Office has completed its review of the $12,000,000 loan for the Guam Memorial Hospital. The loan documents are now being circulated for signatures and the hospital's board of trustees is scheduled to meet on February 7 to officially accept the loan.

The proceeds will go to pay outstanding debts owed to dozens of the hospital's vendors. The hospital was declared in a state of emergency by outgoing governor Felix Camacho.
