Guam - A ceremonial swearing-in ceremony is being held today for Guam Delegate Madeleine Bordallo and U.S. Marshal for Guam and the CNMI Frank Leon Guerrero. It was recommended that federal judges administer the oath of office for members of congress in the district they represent.

District Court of Guam Chief Judge Frances Tydingco Gatewood is presiding over the ceremony which is being held at the Latte of Freedom.
