Weather hampers First Beach recovery

Guam - The recovery effort continues at First Beach in Ipan, but according to battalion chief Mike Aguon, weather has been hampering their operations. "We're actually very limited to what we can do, we originally had two boats out in the water but we had to turn one back because it was unable to tackle the surf out there," he said.

According to Aguon there's still been no sign of Joe Castro or Evan Paulino. The two went net fishing with family Saturday but did not return to shore.
