Guam - There hasn't been much movement in the election challenge case filed by former governor Carl Gutierrez and former senator Frank Aguon, Jr. The two allege there were so many flaws with the Decision 2010 General Election that the results would need to be declared null and void.
The suit listed dozens of alleged failures of the Guam Election Commission and other complaints from the General Election. The case is now assigned to Superior Court Judge Michael Bordallo, but no hearing date has been scheduled.
A similar lawsuit filed in the District Court of Guam has been stayed pending the resolution of the case in the local trial court.
