Guam - The Attorney General's Office is looking to relocate because of concerns about the structural integrity of the building they've been leasing for the last few years. According to a statement from the agency, both the landlord's structural engineers and engineers from the Department of Public Works gave assurances that the building is structurally safe despite reports from employees of periodic snapping sounds believed to be tension straps.
A request for information for leasing was advertised a month ago and will be followed by the issuance of a request for proposal or invitation for bids to relocate the entire office and its divisions to other premises.
