Guam - Guam Election Commission attorney Caesar Cabot says the agency has not yet been served the complaint filed by former Mike Cruz staffer and Gutierrez/Aguon supporter Carlo Branch. He says it seems like another tactic to persuade the GEC to overturn the election result.

"It's rather apparent to me that Mr. Branch is trying to undue and election, plain and simple. This appears to be an election challenge, but we'll review the complaint and sometime in the future we will respond accordingly."

The GEC meanwhile is scheduled to meet tomorrow at 4pm in Hagatna.
