Cruz pens letter to DoD

Vice-Speaker B.J. Cruz sent a letter to both Navy Undersecretary Robert Work and Assistant Secretary Jackalyne Pfannensteil asking for clarification on the money, which are to be committed to support the Marines relocation to Guam.
