Guam - The Child Support Enforcement Division from the Attorney General's Office successfully passed the Fiscal Year 2009 Data Reliability Audit and achieved the appropriate paternity establishment percentage level. According to a release from the AG's Office, previous years audits resulted in penalties to Guam's State Family Assistance Grant or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Grant.
