'Outgaters' case closed; 11 minors arrested

11 minors have been taken into custody and confined at the Department of Youth Affairs in connection with wreaking havoc at F.B. Leon Guerrero Middle School.

Guam - 11 minors have been taken into custody and confined at the Department of Youth Affairs in connection with wreaking havoc at F.B. Leon Guerrero Middle School. The Guam Police Department's Juvenile Investigation Section took 9 girls and 2 boys, ranging from ages 11 to 14, into custody on charges of criminal mischief, terrorizing, assault, rioting, felonious restraint and harassment.

The minors, known as "The Outgaters", who were cutting the back fence of the Yigo school and throwing rocks at students and teachers.
