Guam lauded for sex offender registration

By KUAM NewsGuam - The U.S. Department of Justice is recognizing Guam for substantially implementing the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act. Guam Attorney General Leonardo Rapadas says the island is the seventh jurisdiction nationwide and the first United States territory to substantially implement the law.
