Guam - The new Republican-controlled House passed legislation to repeal President Barack Obama's healthcare reform plan, and according to Guam congressional delegate Madeleine Bordallo, it was done without offering an alternative to address the underlying problems in our nation's healthcare system. She hopes the focus will now shift to improving the current law by amending the provisions that have raised concerns.

The congresswoman says if there is repeal and no replacement, the increases for Guam that would phase out our Medicaid caps will be lost. Reportedly it's unlikely the repeal will not clear the Senate.
