Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo returned to his old stomping grounds this morning appearing at a public hearing for Vice Speaker B.J. Cruz's Bill 3. The legislation creates the Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform, which would be required to propose specific recommendations to improve the government's fiscal outlook and to address the solvency of the Government of Guam Retirement Fund.

Governor Calvo testified in support of the legislation.
