Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo is expected to receive the findings and recommendations on the Programmatic Agreement from senior policy advisor Arthur Clark today. The feds have extended their deadline to the Government of Guam until this end of this month to sign the PA, outlining how historical properties will be handled during the military buildup.
In the meantime the governor will be meeting with a delegation of military officials from the nation's capitol Thursday to discuss the latest with the Marines relocation, among those arriving to Guam Assistant Secretary of the Navy Jackalynne Pfannensteil.
