Guam - Supreme Court of Guam Justice F. Philip Carbullido was sworn-in this morning to lead the island's Judiciary as chief justice. Carbullido was unanimously elected last week. He previously served as chief justice from 2003-2008. 

Carbullido looks forward to assuming the leadership role once again and despite the government wide-financial deficit, he is confident about the future of the Courts of Justice.
