Funeral held for paddling victim from Toto

Guam - Funeral services were held today for 18-year-old Ryan Cepeda today at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Toto. He along with Kayleen Mendiola died after a paddling accident in Tumon a couple weeks ago.

Services for Mendiola were held over the weekend.
