Jason Ralston due in court for theft

Guam - A criminal trial setting is scheduled to be held today for former Pacific Construction Consulting principal and Ironbridge Capital Partners contract employee Jason Ralston.  He's accused of stealing $23,000 that was intended for the Ironwood Community Housing Company. 

He allegedly wrote a check out to himself for that amount. He's scheduled to appear before Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Barrett Anderson.
