Guam - A roundtable discussion will be held this Thursday on the new bottle law, which adds a $0.05 deposit that will go into a beverage container recycling deposit fund. 80% of that will be returned to the consumer when the deposited beverages are redeemed. The remaining cent will be used for administrative costs, auditing costs and educational outreach.

Thursday's roundtable will be held in the legislature's public hearing room starting at 10 in the morning.
