Police officer arrested for DUI

Guam - Over the limit, under arrest. That's exactly what happened to a police officer who allegedly fell asleep intoxicated at the wheel at a fast food drive through. Officer Dan Crisostomo, assigned to SWAT, was arrested after refusing to park his car and get a ride home.

Guam Police Department spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia confirms an Internal Affairs investigation is underway into Crisostomo's arrest. Several years ago Crisostomo made headlines after driving under the influence and crashing into an ambulance.

Officer Balajadia says the matter remains under investigation and Crisostomo remains on the job.
